My photographic career began with wedding photography in the early ‘90’s. Julia Payen Photography was formed in May 1997 following the increasing demand for my services as my reputation grew.

It has blossomed over the years, and was not even hindered by the birth of either my son or daughter.

I now specialise in portrait and children’s photography, my services include Kids Stuff, formal schools photography and informal black and white shots of children at playgroups & preschools.

I have ‘captured’ everything from newborn babies to 4 generations of the same family. As a mother I am used to dealing with children and their characters!

 Using up to date technology I can produce many different styles of photographs and digital images. I am used to taking pictures in a variety of places including schools, playgroups, preschools, your home, my home or indeed a location of your choice.
